Additionally, we offer 3D thermal sublimation printing, transferring full-color, high-resolution graphics and complex patterns onto both flat and 3D contoured parts for maximum visual impact
Parts (especially chromed or non-polar plastics) are exposed to atmospheric plasma beams, drastically raising surface energy and tension to guarantee maximum ink adhesion
Using specialized silicone pads, graphics are printed in up to 6 colors with pinpoint alignment[cite: 1]. For all-over pattern graphics, 3D thermal sublimation transfers designs seamlessly around complex contours
