Pad Printing & 3D Sublimation

HIGH TECH TECNOSKY

Pad Printing, Plasma Treatment & 3D Sublimation

High-Precision Graphic Transfer, Plasma Activation & 3D Printing

High Tech Tecnosky delivers high-precision technical graphic printing for complex geometries, curved surfaces, and engineered substrates . Our production facility in Gilău, Cluj, operates high-capacity pad printing lines capable of applying up to 6 colors simultaneously with exact micro-registration. To overcome adhesion barriers on hard-to-bond materials—such as high-gloss chromed components—HTT integrates advanced atmospheric plasma surface treatment. This process activates surface energy, ensuring permanent ink bonding on difficult substrates. Additionally, we offer 3D thermal sublimation printing, transferring full-color, high-resolution graphics and complex patterns onto both flat and 3D contoured parts for maximum visual impact

TECHNICAL PROCESS

Plasma Activation, Precision Printing & Curing Workflow

01

Surface Activation & Plasma Pre-Treatment

Parts (especially chromed or non-polar plastics) are exposed to atmospheric plasma beams, drastically raising surface energy and tension to guarantee maximum ink adhesion

02

Precision Multi-Color & 3D Graphics Transfer

Using specialized silicone pads, graphics are printed in up to 6 colors with pinpoint alignment[cite: 1]. For all-over pattern graphics, 3D thermal sublimation transfers designs seamlessly around complex contours

03

Ink Fixation & Rub-Resistance Testing

Printed components are cured in thermal tunnels and subjected to strict quality controls, including solvent friction, scratch resistance, and adhesion tape testing
