High Tech Tecnosky provides continuous electrostatic powder coating designed for metallic components up to a maximum part size of 90 cm x 120 cm . Operating from our specialized facility in Gilău, Cluj, our automated liquid and powder lines deliver high mechanical resistance, anti-corrosion protection, and flawless surface uniformity for demanding OEM applications. In addition to standard metal alloys, HTT features a dedicated surface treatment line engineered specifically for INOX (stainless steel). This process guarantees maximum paint adhesion while preserving the natural metallic gloss and aesthetic value of stainless steel components

Continuous Metal & INOX Finishing Workflow

Surface Preparation & INOX Passivation

Components undergo rigorous ultrasonic or chemical degreasing, rust removal, and specific surface passivation designed to optimize adhesion on raw metal and stainless steel surfaces

Precision Powder Deposition

Thermosetting powders (epoxy, polyester, or hybrid blends) are electrostatically charged and applied uniformly across part dimensions up to 90 cm x 120 cm using controlled spray booth parameters

Polymerization & Layer Thickness Inspection

Parts are transferred to high-temperature curing ovens where the powder cross-links into a continuous, durable film, followed by 100% layer thickness and cross-cut adhesion testing
